Terence Willey Soc. LC. (Principal)

Terence Willey. . . joined the legal profession in 1966 specialising in Property, Wills and Probate. He qualified as a Specialist Lawyer in 1986 and was granted a Licence to Practice in 1987 and appointed a Commissioner for Oaths.

He was appointed to the first shadow Council of Licensed Conveyancers in 1987 by the former Lord Chancellor Lord MacKay of Clashfern and thereafter nationally elected to serve a further nine consecutive years serving as the Council's Chairman of Education and Training and appointed as a standing member of the Discipline and Appeals Court committee.

Also appointed as Chairman of the Wills and Probate working committee in respect of this further specialisation and involved with the preparation of an Ombudsman Scheme for consideration by the Lord Chancellor's Department dealing with future proposed regulation of Probate practice.

He is a specialist Property and Probate Lawyer by qualification and a Consultant of the Practice.

Mark Andrew Willey BA (Hons)Solicitor (Director),

Mark WilleyMark studied Criminology at Middlesex University and then completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of East Anglia.

Mark Qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and worked for Edward Hayes Solicitors in their London, Fleet Street office.

Mark returned to the Island in 2008 and joined the family practice and now specialises in:

· Affairs of the Elderly
· Probate
· Property matters
· Debt recovery
· Criminal Law - (Police station Accredited).

Anthony Freelove T.E.P. (Wills and Probate)

Anthony FreeloveAnthony joined the legal profession in 1994 from a Banking and Accountancy background and is very experienced in tax and accounting matters.

He is a Trust and Estate practitioner by qualification and specialises in Wills, Trusts and Probate and currently manages the Probate Department in the Ryde office.

Anthony is also the Money Laundering Officer.

Heather Cole (Conveyancing)

Heather ColeHeather has been working within the legal profession in excess of twenty years specialising in residential conveyancing and joined the Practice in 2006. She is very experienced in this field and handles large volumes of residential property transactions and manages the conveyancing department in our Ryde office.

Chris Munro (Conveyancing)

Chris MunroChris has been working within the legal profession for over thirty-five years specialising in residential conveyancing and also estate development work and is manager of the residential conveyancing unit at our office of Malcolm Daniells & Company and joined the Practice in 2001.

Christine HillierChristine has been working within the legal profession in excess of twenty five years specialising in residential conveyancing and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1991 and currently works as a locum for the Practice as and when required.

Vikki Henning G.Inst.L.Ex

Vikki HenningVikki has been working within the legal profession for almost twenty five years both as a conveyancing fee earner and in the Accounts Department of the Practice, she joined the Practice in 2006 and graduated as a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2005. Vikki is Legal Cashier and also deputy Money Laundering Officer of the Practice.

Sarah Webb

Sarah WebbSarah has been working within the legal profession and within the Legal Accounts Departments for almost fifteen years and was formerly Legal Cashier of the Practice before specialising in administration and accounting for our elderly clients. Sarah joined the Practice in 2002 and is deputy Legal Cashier.
