Terence Willey, Soc. LC. (Principal) . .
joined the legal profession in 1966 specialising in Property, Wills and Probate. He qualified as a Specialist Lawyer in 1986 and was granted a Licence to Practice in 1987 and appointed a Commissioner for Oaths.
He was appointed to the first shadow Council of Licensed Conveyancers in 1987 by the former Lord Chancellor Lord MacKay of Clashfern and thereafter nationally elected to serve a further nine consecutive years serving as the Council's Chairman of Education and Training and appointed as a standing member of the Discipline and Appeals Court committee.
Also appointed as Chairman of the Wills and Probate working committee in respect of this further specialisation and involved with the preparation of an Ombudsman Scheme for consideration by the Lord Chancellor's Department dealing with future proposed regulation of Probate practice.

Alison, Terence Willey's wife, works in the firm's third location, The Bembridge Law Practice. She is also a Director of the company.

Mark Andrew Willey, BA (Hons) (Director),
After schooling on the Island Mark went to Middlesex University where he
obtained a degree in Criminology.
He then attended the University of East Anglia completing a Post Graduate
Diploma in Law.
He returned to London and studied at the College of Law to complete the
Legal Practice Course (LPC) and in 2004 he started a training contract with
Edward Hayes Solicitors based on London's Fleet Street.
He qualified and was admitted to the Rolls in 2006 working in London as a
criminal defence solicitor. During this time he worked on many high profile
cases which gained media attention and also represented many clients in many
Magistrates Court countrywide and the some of the infamous Courts in London.
In 2007 he returned to the Island to join the family business and set up
home in Cowes.
Given Mark's grounding, he is willing to discuss any aspect of the law, as
he believes in the ethos of being professional, yet approachable and
friendly.

Anthony P. C. Freelove, M.A.A.T. T.E.P. (Wills & Probate) . . entered the legal profession via accountancy and banking.
He has worked in the field of estate administration for over 10 years.
Anthony is a fully qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner and is able to supplement his legal knowledge with both taxation and financial services experience.
