Our exclusive contingency facility means that for one payment of just £70 inc vat, any Legal fees in connection with your purchase, are covered if there are any problems which may give rise to you wishing to withdraw from the transaction. This is an excellent additional facility when you consider that abortive legal fees alone can mount up to between £300 and £600.

NO FEES OR DISBURSEMENTS REQUESTED UP FRONT WHICH MEANS WE WILL PROCEED ONCE ID IS SECURED AND TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT SIGNED

Once you have signed 'Terms of Engagement' and 'Authorities to proceed' we fund the search fees and disbursements for you immediately to avoid delays in proceeding and these are billed to you later in the transaction. We can offer you special internal bridging deposit arrangements in respect of conveyancing deposits and tax payable in Estate administration (see Wills & Probate.)

Our Wills and Probate division offer a 10% discount on their bill if you decide to make a will within 3 months of a conveyancing transaction being completed. So all you have to do is make an appointment within this period.
