Terence Willey and Company are very pleased to be associated with ConveyanceLink which is offered to all our clients who instruct us in residential conveyancing matters to allow them to access, through our Practice, details of the progress of their particular case. The client will be issued with an exclusive and personal secure link password to enable them to access this facility 24/7 without having to wait for telephone responses or seek enquiries through Estate Agents and at the same time we will open the link with your Estate Agent, where appropriate, so that the Agent is fully aware also of the progress of your transaction. If you supply our Practice with a mobile telephone number then in addition to this service we will automatically update you with progress of your transaction as it arises by sending you text messages so that you have up to the minute information. Terence Willey and Company considers this to be a very constructive way forward in the development of electronic conveyancing at its simplest; e-conveyancing enables conveyancing transactions to be completed electronically. The concept embraces more than the transfer of land at the click of a mouse; it is the concept that will guide the progress of land transactions, from the moment when instructions are received through the process by which due diligence and Searches are undertaken to contract, and finally to the transfer of Title, payment of Stamp Duty and registration at the Land Registry.
