Also liasing with Residential Homes, Hospitals, Doctors, Social Services, Pension Authorities and Local Authorities to ensure that best interest is protected. Often when relatives are at distance or there are none or they are unfit or unable to assist this service can prove invaluable to the family as a whole and give peace of mind to everyone including in particular the elderly person concerned.
When we are entrusted with the care and welfare of the elderly it is taken very seriously and dealt with the utmost care and attention and always in the best interest of the individual and regular contact and visits are made.
Free visits can be arranged to Private Residences, Residential Nursing Homes, Hospitals and Hospices without any surcharge or travelling attendance fees incurred. In other words fees payable for the services required would be no different if the individual was able to attend the offices.
Wills in various forms, Discretionary Trust Wills, Trust Deeds, Deeds of Appointment, Deeds of Family Arrangement, Equitable Trusts and Living Together Agreements.
Living Wills to suit individual requirements.
Powers of Attorney in various forms; Enduring Powers, General Powers, Trustee Powers and (from 2007) Lasting Powers.
We will take professional appointments as Attorneys where necessary and are quite willing to take over the entire role and responsibility.
Dealing with necessary registration of Powers of Attorney with the Court of Protection and all necessary associated work in this connection.
